2. Content and Conduct
2.1 User Content
You retain all rights to any information, text, graphics, or materials that you upload to JobHyre ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant JobHyre a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.
2.2 Prohibited Content and Activities
You agree not to post content or engage in activity that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive
- Infringes on the rights of others
- Promotes illegal activities or discriminatory practices
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Attempts to manipulate our search or matching algorithms
- Scrapes or collects user data without permission
2.3 Job Listings and Applications
Employers must ensure all job listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws. Job seekers must ensure their profiles and applications are truthful and up-to-date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JobHyre and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos used in connection with the Service are the trademarks of JobHyre. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
